1. HOW TO ORDER

After you click ‘Purchase’ on the item that you want, please follow the check out process until its completed. Once you completed the check out process you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail along with the link to confirm your payment. We will process your order once you confirm your payment. For international customer, you will be directed to Paypal payment gateway to complete payment, and order will be automatically processed.

2. PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards for international customers, payment will be processed securely with Paypal payment gateway. For all Indonesian customer will prefer payments by bank transfer from Bank Central Asia and Bank CIMB Niaga.

3. SHIPPING

Shipping for domestic orders (Indonesia) will takes 2 – 4 business day. International orders will takes 2 – 4 weeks depending on your location distance from Indonesia. Average delivery charges per one item(exact rates will be shown on checkout) Domestic (Indonesia): Approx. IDR 10.000 – IDR 50.000 International: Approx. USD 18 – 22 per kilogram, we only use trackable EMS service.

4. SIZINGS

You can check your own measurements against our clothing guide to find out what size should fit you best in each product page. Please pay attention to our size guide since we don’t accept return/exchange if the mistake is made by your side.

5. MATERIALS

Most of our products produced in a local business that scattered over Java island. Our t-shirt, sweatshirts and other fine fabric material are hand-made manufactured in a local business in Indonesia by Fandi Haryanto, a man who produces slow made product using the finest garment available to fulfill the looks, softness and comfiness. Each of our designs is made with quantity less than 100, resulting much better quality controls as well as collectible value.

6. COUPON CODES

If you have discount code, you might use your discount code, all codes availability are depends on the expiration date and occasion.

7. CANCELLATION

Order cancellation can be performed by signing in your account, and go to the "My Account", click the order number, and then click the "Cancel Order button. Cancelling order can be performed to orders that haven't been paid. All orders that have been paid cannot be cancelled.

8. REGISTRATION

User are recommended to register an account in our site. Benefits includes to easily track orders and store addresses. To register, simply click "Sign In" button on the top right, and "Create Account" and enter all the required information. After completing registration, make sure you VERIFY your account through your the confirmation e-mail we sent to your e-mail address. User also can purchase items without registering, simply click "Continue As a Guest" after performing check out.

9. CARE INSTRUCTION

Do not iron directly into the prints. Regular ironing may be needed and may be performed at any other part of the clothing.

COVID-19 MEASURES

Due to the recent global pandemic outbreak–we reduced our shipment schedule. International shipment will be twice a week, while domestic order will be only from Tuesday to Friday, we hope that you can understand.

We are aware of the hygiene of our environment–therefore we seal our package tightly to ensure the cleanliness of the content of the package, we also cover your item with a plastic bag. For any package that you received from us, we recommend you to disinfect or wait for 24hr before opening.
