Store Policy
1. ORDERING
Order without payment confirmation within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled. Please follow the link sent to your e-mail to confirm your payment.
2. RETURNS
We do not accept any return/exchange product UNLESS it’s caused by our mistake. E.g.; defect product, wrong size, wrong item, etc. If you do need to return/exchange your product because of these reasons please contact us right away with the picture of the products that you received. Return & Exchange Policy are applicable 7 days after you received your product.
Please pay attention to our size guide since we do not accept any return/exchange if the mistake is made by your side. E.g.: size too big, size too small, etc.
3. DELIVERY
Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday. Orders will be shipped at 8:30 AM in the morning, if you ordered before that time, your order will be shipped the next business day after you cleared your payment. The tracking number will be send to you by e-mail later on that night after we shipped your package. Any delay that caused by the shipping company is beyond our responsibility.
4. REFUNDS
We do not accept refunds except the Item that been paid were out of stock or no longer available.
5. DATA
User are required to give their full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address in order to complete purchases. All of the data will be stored in a secure server and will not be shared to the third party. We do not store credit card information, the security of payment system is provided by Paypal Inc., therefore all payment will be processed by external payment gateway.
COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the recent global pandemic outbreak–we reduce our shipment schedule. International shipment will be twice a week, while domestic order will be only from Tuesday to Friday, we hope that you can understand.
